Dewayne Crowder, born in Memphis, Tennessee, has catapulted into leadership with a passion for public service. He is a product of the Memphis City School System, graduating from the University of Memphis. Dewayne who has worked as a outreach coordinator, healthcare Provider, Homecare Consultant and Post-Secondary Educator in the Metro Atlanta Area at various facilities and educational intuitions over the past 10 years. Dewayne has worked very closely with the Fulton County Workforce (W.I.A) in job trainings and placing dislocated workers with employment. He is passionate about providing help to all people.
Dewayne is the Founder and Executive Director of A VISION 4 HOPE, INC.(AV4H), a vision created to address the needs of the community and provide a comprehensive safe haven for youth, elderly and the LGBTQ community. He is truly a compassionate VISIONARY who sees a need in the community and works tirelessly and whole heartedly to address it. From providing food to elderly/seniors and children through the AV4H Feeding the Hungry initiative, educating essential information to first time homebuyers in effort of helping to secure dreams that will last a lifetime, to the “No Child Left Behind” after school program for the youth of the community searching tutoring, Dewayne takes a no hesitation approach to ensure that the community is educated and is a better place for all.
